If I could this place a 10 I would. They have the best service and really helped me out. For whatever reason having something for my daughter for her first homecoming dance was really important to me. I was in tears and these ladies kindly accommodated my request. They are awesome and I will come to them from now with all of my floral needs.

I live in Metairie and stopped in for flowers for my niece. Never been here before and I didn't know what I wanted. I was helped quickly and price was reasonable. The flowers were gorgeous. While she got my order together I walked around and was pleasantly surprised the variety of items they offer. I'll be back in the future.

3rd time getting their service and they have no disappointed me yet. Each arrangement is well put together and delivered on the day requested even around the time you can try to request at aswell. Easy to order, highly recommend

I stopped in to buy my wife some flowers and received more than I expected. Not only did I get a beautiful arrangement made on site but I got the best welcome and conversation ever. Great place, beautiful work and great treatment and pricing. Thanks so much she loved them.

I'm traveling out of state for work but wanted to send my mom a little something for her birthday, so I went with who I always trust - Petals & Stems! I chose the Designers Choice option because they've never let me down with the other designs, so I figured they'd do a phenomenal job, and they did! She was so surprised and happy with the arrangement, it made me happy being so far from home. Thank you, as always, Petals & Stems!!!

I ordered a standard soft mixed bubble bowl for my niece’s graduation. Unfortunately, we had some problems with delivery, no fault of the company, the recipient was never home. They were very professional and contacted myself and my niece regarding delivery. I really appreciate them going up and beyond to get those flowers to her. I will definitely order from this business again!

Working for the city, I see this shop all the time but in 18 years of living here, I’ve never stopped in. I did today since it’s the day before Mother’s Day and I’m one of the many last minute shoppers. Thankfully they were open later than normal. They could tell immediately I had no idea what I was looking for and they had such a warm and understanding welcome. The flowers are amazing and I’m so glad I stopped in today.
